Booking was easy through the website, tons of different bounce house options to choose from. I did have a few questions, and Mike and Katherine were both quick to reply through email leading up to event day. Zach delivered and picked up the bounce house from our venue on party day. He was helpful in choosing a space to set up, and was quick and efficient in getting it all set up and taken down. Thank you for helping to make our party day a blast!

We had such a great experience with Jump 4 Joy this past weekend. I was hesitant to rent this late in the fall due to weather, but Mike was incredibly easy to work with and provided exceptional service from booking the bounce house, to setting it up and coming back to get it! We will definitely be renting from Jump 4 Joy again!

We had such a great experience this past weekend with Jump 4 Joy. We were so happy to find them because a lot of bounce house rentals don't rent year round due to weather but we were holding an indoor event and they were able to make it happen! We rented the Mega Castle and it was everything we expected, the kids loved it and price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
